VAMOS BEM is active across Portugal. Join your nearest group — or join them all. Each chapter is a community, so please help create or join one.

Setúbal - Where it all began. The Setúbal community has been at the heart of VAMOS BEM since the very first workshop, and remains our most active hub for in-person events and Helping Hands support.. Events and gatherings are posted in our Facebook group.

Cascais - The Cascais community now hosts its own workshops and has a thriving Facebook group. If you live on the Estoril line or anywhere in the Cascais municipality, this is your home base. Events and gatherings are posted in our Facebook group.

Silver Coast (Caldas Da Rainha area) - A warm and active WhatsApp group for expats along Portugal’s Silver Coast. Share resources, ask questions, and connect with people who understand your experience. Events and gatherings are posted in the WhatsApp Group.
